CABIN BOY
By Cardinal Cox

We marched on alien soil
The Captain, crew and me.
Out beyond Mars,
Between Pleiades and Polaris,
Between Nationwide and Panorama
The starship journeyed on.
At seven I was a Cabin boy
Invisible but with them
Shareing danger after tea.
And all women from
The same world as Pan's People.
Then when eight, the final foe
Schedulers sent the ship offcourse
And I made do with Terry and June.
